I will align myself to the best of my ability with the following character requirements. I understand that repetitive actions misaligned with these requirements may result in dimissal from the program.

🟠 SOCIAL MEDIA INTEGRITY
Our posts reflect Christ. No degrading politics, negativity toward other churches/pastors, personal complaints about businesses, inappropriate memes, jokes, or language.

⚫️ SPEAKING LIFE, NOT GOSSIP
We refuse to gossip or speak negatively about others, the church, or this program. Concerns are taken privately to a leader or pastor.

🟠 A CHRIST-LIKE ATTITUDE
We resist complaining, take responsibility for our actions, and seek to think with the mind of Christ. Disagreements are discussed directly with a leader, not with others in the class.

⚫️ PUNCTUALITY
Being on time honors commitments, shows discipline, and respects others’ time. Leaders are both prepared and punctual.

🟠 FAITHFULNESS
Faithfulness in the little makes us trustworthy before God with much. We commit fully and remain consistent throughout the program.

⚫️ PERSONAL HYGIENE
Cleanliness, good grooming, and neat appearance honor God, respect others, and reflect leadership.

🟠 TITHING
Tithing is a biblical principle that aligns our hearts with God. It is an act of faith designed to bless, not to take.


I will align myself to the best of my ability with the homework and monthly meeting requirements.

🟠 MONTHLY MEETINGS
There will be nine monthly meetings on the 3rd Thursday of every month at 7 PM in the sanctuary. These meetings are mandatory.

⚫️ COMMUNICATION OF ABSENCE
If you cannot attend, you must contact Chad or Erin through email or text with a valid excuse. Do not give a verbal message, ask a friend to relay it, or inform another leader or pastor.

🟠 MISSED MEETINGS
If you miss a meeting, you are required to watch the recording and turn in notes on the topic discussed.

⚫️ SCHEDULE CHANGES
If a meeting falls on a holiday or church event, notice will be given in advance if it is cancelled or rescheduled.

🟠 HOMEWORK DEADLINES
Assignments are due by midnight every Sunday. You are allowed three late submissions with a valid reason.

⚫️ LATE OR MISSED ASSIGNMENTS
Late work without a valid reason will receive half credit. Missing three assignments without submission will result in dismissal from the program.

🟠 SUBMISSION FORMAT
Assignments must be submitted via email only.


I will align myself to the best of my ability with the serving and the church attendence requirements.

🟠 SERVICE COMMITMENT
You are required to serve at least three services per month. You may choose Wednesday or Sunday services. Special events in the church or community also count toward this requirement.

⚫️ MANDATORY EVENTS
Certain special events will be mandatory to serve at. If you have a work obligation, you must let us know in advance.

🟠 CHURCH ATTENDANCE
Attendance is expected on Sundays and Wednesdays, even when you are not scheduled to serve. Not serving is not a valid reason to miss church.

If you are not currently serving, we will provide a list of church ministries and community opportunities where you can get involved.
